VIVA La Booty Classes
VIVA La Booty is a class designed to focus on the gluteal muscles with the goal of shaping and sculpting. Moves like squats and lunges are used to not only target your thighs and legs but also your core. Resistance bands are also used to intensify the exercises. There is also an element of cardio as you work the largest muscles in your body. This class is for all fitness levels, as our instructors are specialized in showing modifications for all moves. Come plump your “peach” at VIVA La Booty!
